The color is true to the photo, not description. Some views claimed the expected grey, not grey at all. We love the color, it’s more of s linen khaki color. The base is very sturdy, easily holds 250 lbs. but the back rest is flimsy for the price point which is why I’m only giving it 3 stars. It’s also a little difficult to get together. We bought two, one was VERY easy to get together but the second one had alignment issues with the holes. Thankfully my fiancé is handy or we’d be returning them for that reason. The wood pieces look great in a photo but feel and look cheap when up close. So two strikes between the back rest and cheap look would be stuff I could look past if they were about 20% less. For the price, I expected them to be a little bit nicer. Overall it’s an ok product, just a little over priced given the quality. We’ll keep them for a yr but will passively look for something of better quality/value.
