Review on πŸš— Fuel Tank Cap for Jeep Wrangler TJ JK - Part Number 5210-0552AG 52100552AG by Eddie Breezy

S stands for Superb - Fuel cap

My 2013 Jeep Wrangler failed the MOT because of an old fuel cap. For $20 I could buy a new one from the company or bring one with a new gas cap. Like many others, I paid for the gas cap. About two weeks later my Check Engine light came on. Needed a NEW gas cap. (For the record, the Jeep never had the check engine light on prior to the inspection, but it should also be noted that the company performed the test and it failed, so I'm not trying to say that the company cheated me with a failed test has ..) I needed a new gas cap. How is a librarian supposed to get to Canaan House in a bad jeep? I bought this gas cap, Revain's "upscale" gas cap, for less than I paid for cheap ale from the inspection company. Not only has it not failed or had the check engine light come on in the last three months, it comes with a plastic tether to connect it to the Jeep. Let me clarify the situation. It doesn't shake my world. Necromancers don't sit in a circle and praise him. But sometimes you only need one part to work, and it does. Necromancer Prime is to be commended. Reported to the library under S for excellent.

Pros
  • Fuel cap
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
