Easy to learn and use- even by non IT people
I really like how easy it was for me (as well as my colleagues) in getting up & running with this program because we had been using different platforms over time, which made training very difficult! Also loved all of our reports being customizable so everyone has what they need easily available at their fingertips when needing data or info quickly from one department/person who isn't always there during normal business hours? Haven’t found anything yet but maybe its just too new still?! Great platform though!! Reporting features are also top notch once set them right. Have no complaints about any part other than price could be cheaper if more functions were included however those additional costs add value not burden. ! Take advantage now before others jump into it. !!

- Can pull information directly across networks without having access via VPN connection needed prior; making setup much quicker overall while providing easier accessibility between users.
- Ableto do remote monitoring through out entire network remotely
- Pulls realtime logs
