The customer service is outstanding! I have never had an issue with any of my past orders, but when it comes to getting things shipped out or returned items they are always very quick about that as well (sometimes even overnight). As far as shipping goes from time-to-time i do run in to problems trying to get returns processed quickly; however most issues can be resolved within 24 hours if not sooner. This has been our go-t0 for all of our return/exchange needs over 10 years now so we really don't need anything else at this point. We ship products back frequently since many times there will just be something wrong once you receive them after opening up your package - such as broken product etc... Shipping costs us more than what we save by having these exchanges because sometimes some boxes break open during transit which causes damage to other contents inside.
