Review on πŸ”’ Secure Your Fuel with MotoRad MGC-910 Locking Fuel Cap by Michael Cooper

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not as good as I first thought

The cap fits perfectly on my 2004 F150 but the problem is the buttons. Their heads are made out of cheap plastic and, once inserted, are difficult to turn to lock and unlock. The plastic head of one key has already broken, and I fear that the next one will break any day. This means I have to leave my keys in my truck's console: partly because the head is broken and there's no way to put it on the keychain at the moment, and partly because I'm afraid he might too one day will break . There is no alternative. for the quality so I'll go back and get the motorcraft top cap I bought for my car. The cap has better construction and the buttons are solid metal.

Pros
  • High test results for support and durability
Cons
  • Poorly designed
