I bought a 6-9 month old and it was just right for my 4 month old who is 25 inches long and 15 pounds weighs. In them he has room to grow. stars are so cute They would be good for July 4th. I have similar striped pants from Gap Kids that I paid $10 for and they are about the same quality.
