Bought two packs. One has a silly manufacturing defect and the other had no fasteners. I like the one that has no flaws. Too bad the quality control is so bad. The one with the broken hook is intact, as is the box. This is a manufacturing defect. Hooks are not bent, factory slanted before the product is coated. It can still be of use to me as it's kept in a closet where it's not visible, but it's not what it should be. I would bend it back but I'm afraid the weld will come loose. I have extra mounting hardware so it doesn't really matter to me. But the seller mentions it on purpose, so some buyers might be disappointed if it's not there. There is a very thin plastic bag taped to the back of the box that should contain the mounting hardware, but it is empty and open at the bottom. The fittings undoubtedly broke and fell out somewhere along the way. A stronger bag or packaging that somehow "had" them "inside" would have prevented the problem. You've probably saved a tenth of a cent on packaging costs by using thinner pouches, but some products come with no equipment.
