Best towel for hot yoga/barre classes
I routinely take hot barre classes where the temperature is above 80 degrees in a small room. People sweat and the mats get very slippery for some fast paced moves. I've been looking for a yoga mat towel that will not slip or bunch up and this is the one. I put it down and it stays stuck to the mat despite all the sweat I produce. I would highly recommend it.
