I like that we have been able to track our usage, as well as monitor where and when leaks are occurring in order to reduce costs.

It is very difficult if not impossible for us to figure out how much water was used at each house versus what came from our storage tanks. We would love to be able to do this! There really isn't anything i dislike about hwims. The best thing about using HWIMS is being able to keep an accurate account of all of our usage and monitoring our expenses without having to manually calculate them.
