Adorable and well made
I just received this collar for my little border collie mix and it's just adorable! My dog is smaller (just under 30lbs - about 12" around the neck) and the size 11.5-15" fits perfectly but on the very last step to leave almost 2 fingers of space between the neck and collar. The spikes are the perfect size and don't stick out too much.
