I bought two of these USB-C to HDMI cables to support my MacBook Pro with multiple monitors. I've been using them for a few months now and they don't do the job very well. I may have only had a few faulty cables since I bought them, but every time I connect my computer to my setup, both of my AOC 27V2H monitors flash with a full blue screen every few seconds - it's essentially unusable. I blame these cables because my monitors are now connected to a regular HDMI cable that connects to my laptop via an adapter and it works great. I was hoping these cables would work and I wouldn't have to go outside. and buy some HDMI to USB-C adapters, but that's what I had to do. The only thing stopping the entire monitor screen from flashing blue every few seconds is restarting your computer when that happens. It seems to help, but having to keep restarting the computer is very annoying. My laptop runs the same monitors using standard HDMI cables and adapters, but I spent $36 on two of these cables which are now useless. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to get better quality cables as they just aren't reliable enough.
