Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Enhance Your Gaming Experience with the Playstation 3 Move Motion Controller by Justin Miller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The list of supported games might not be growing, but it's definitely big enough to be useful and entertaining.

The Move catalog may not grow [at the moment]. Have fun with the Move Controller. First, let me say that the Move itself works great. In shooting games (my main attraction for them) it seems to lose calibration and "drift" over time. But overall it's a minor annoyance; it destroys the illusion but does not kill the pleasure. I use mine with a projection screen. So I'm not sure if this environment/setup will affect it at all. A catalog of games that really need to be reviewed, at least in my opinion / conclusions. Numbers - If you want to play shooting games, get the Sharp Shooter Pistol Attachment. I'm not sure how many games make "full" use of it, but it works great for a number of games, which I'll list below. In addition, the navigation controller has greatly improved the experience of some games. 1) Heavy rain. I am really very sad that Beyond: Two Souls does not support Move. Because Heavy Rain was perfect for what you were asked for. Probably the best Move integration in my game. In fact, I didn't even try Beyond: Two Souls as I felt it was such an oversight not to have it. 2) Dead space: Extraction. This was a big surprise for me. It's still a shooter on rails, but it actually has a decent story, and playing with a friend is just a thrill. My boyfriend and I were totally surprised and I'm really looking forward to going through it again soon. 3) House of the Dead OVERKILL. It's cheesy, campy.and a lot raw. But it's also a lot of fun. Take a friend and you will laugh. This is probably the one my friends and I turn to first as it's just plain fun. Even if it's not the most compelling storyline, you play it to shoot. ;)4) Child of Eden. I can't say I beat this game or jumped in at every opportunity, but it's quite an audiovisual experience. If you have a good sound system and a decent TV, turn off the lights and you'll have a very different experience. 5) shooting. Another very interesting cooperative game. Unfortunately, you have to complete a stage before it unlocks as "co-op". I don't know why they did it. But once you've cleared them (hopefully prematurely), playing with friends is really fun. I have others that I've bought but haven't played yet: Killzone 3 (one of the few games that takes full advantage of Sharp Shooter), etc., but I can say that the investment in Move is worth the fun. Especially if you've ever liked arcade shooters. This accessory will bring you a lot of joy.

Pros
  • Charging the controller and automatically pairing with the PS3 system via USB cable
Cons
  • Can't remember
