With 500 pieces you will definitely get a lot of crafting hearts. We've used paint and markers and glue on them and they're holding up well. While I like them and will probably buy them again, I just wish there was more variety in 5 sizes. Basically you get the smallest size. To be honest I wouldn't mind if the description told you how much you want from each one. For 5 sizes and 500 pieces, expect 100 pieces of each size. Regardless, we enjoy using them and have had no problem adapting our designs to fit smaller hearts.
