I don't think it will last more than a few seasons. I wouldn't call it a heavy-duty floor mat either. However, he will work several weeks a year on public holidays. I would say the quality matches the low price. This is of a much lower quality than what you can easily find in a retail store. It's nice, but it comes folded up in a small package and it takes a few days for the folds to straighten out. I once had a draining mat in my kitchen and I would say that this doormat is a different twist on it. It's thin and thin and probably best suited for indoor use or when the weather is inclement. I keep mine outside but it is face down. This is of course the last season, but I'm not sure I can last much longer.
