I can't say enough good things about them! I'm not a fan of plasticine although I left it to my kids as it makes a mess and once mixed cannot be stirred. However, they solve both problems! There's no mess to clean up! Kids can play and then put them in bags and go. Do not pick cracks in the floor, table or carpet! Stix can be confused! You can twist them together, make a ball or a pretty picture and the Stix will hold its shape and stick together but also tear easily. They are reusable! They can be played with and cleaned much longer than with plasticine, which is worth the price in the end. They can be used dot by dot or on laminated images. We find pictures on the internet, laminate them, and then kids can use Stix to make their photos stand out. When they're done, they're taken away, put in bags, and we use the photos again another day. Will continue to use and buy so would definitely recommend. They also make great gifts or fun entertainment at birthday parties.
