I just uploaded my shoe organizer. Slide it over the carpet and under the bed. So far, so good! He's doing his job. When filled with shoes, it is NOT (and was not advertised as) a hard block. The bottom and sides are made of durable fabric. The fabric on the sides is actually two layers, with pieces of cardboard inserted between the two layers to provide some vertical rigidity to keep the sides upright. On the sides of the "bag" three fabric handles are sewn crosswise - one in front and two on the sides. (I will NOT pull with handles - see later). The inner dividers are pretty well (permanently) stitched to the bottom and sides of the fabric. Size mattered to me - to fit a dozen pairs of US size 10.5/11.0. They fit. Hardly. Don't rely on shoe size. Measure your shoes. Mine are 12 1/4 to 12 1/2 inches long. There isn't much extra room in the "pocket" along the length. Half of my shoes are hard leather shoes. I alternate between hard shoes and soft athletic shoes. A "bag" will NOT fit a dozen shoes my size. Durability. Be careful. DO NOT pull the "bag" by the handle. I use two hands. Reach down. Pull slowly and carefully. Also, DO NOT pull on the ZIPPER. That's small. It works, but it works SLOWLY. I plan on pulling the "pocket" out 2-3 times a week. Cautiously, I believe that this organizer will serve me for a long time. For the price I'm satisfied.
