After trying on over a dozen different shapers, this is one of my favorites. It doesn't give awkward butt shape like most do. It's very undetectable under textured dresses. Go with your measurements, not weight for this one. For your reference, I bought XS and I'm 150lb, 40" hip, wear a 34 band in bras, & had 5 children with the youngest only a few months old. This gave me a perfect hourglass shape for a wedding. I looked stunning. I just wished it was even tighter in the lower abdomen area to make stomach completely flat. I probably could fit an XXS but afraid my hips might not go through or it would be too tight in the rib area. Before pregnancy I was 120lb with pretty much same measurements. I guess I'm more of an apple shape because most of my weight stays in my midsection. It didn't take me more than a minute to slip this on. Btw, I wear a size 8. I'd say it runs pretty similar in size to Ann Chery or Ann Michell. Btw, it does not make sounds when I walk (I wore it under a dress) but my legs do not touch each other so I can't comment for those with thicker thighs. My arms & legs are on the smaller side. I'd definitely recommend this one. It's fairly easy to use the restroom. Much better than the thong kind.
