My mistake. I ordered a previous version of this protector as advertised for the original 2018 Surface Go, not knowing that the new Surface Go 2 has an additional microphone that requires a hole in the screen protector to work properly. I emailed the seller and he responded very quickly and allowed me to return MY BUGS in the original order for a full refund and he promised to let me know once the protector for the new Go 2 becomes available is. They emailed me shortly after saying "We have a new protector for Go 2 - here is the link - we appreciate your work" and I ordered straight away. Shipping was fast and the product installed very easily using the 'install tabs' with no streaks, stains or bubbles. 100% happy with this product and no issues using the touchscreen or surface pen with the screen protector installed - in fact I think the pen feels better on the screen protector than on a blank screen. I put screen protectors on EVERY product I have, so I've tried a few, some good, some not so good. This product is by far the best and any product I have that takes the protection of this seller will be mine.
