It should be in the box but already assembled. The steering wheel is also adjustable, it was also glued. We must have a floor model or something. This makes it unsuitable for my tall 1-2 year old. I've called customer service many times, emailed many times and they just didn't answer. They kept telling me to set it up. The person at our bike shop says it's definitely glued. I told them I received a used item that cannot be customized and they simply refused to reply.
