I loved this wallet! And I'd probably keep it if there wasn't one - the strap that goes through the wallet itself (snaps in place to keep the wallet closed) snaps at the back. Which means I have to make an awkward move to close it. I wish it had a zipper in the front so I didn't have to move my purse to use/unlatch the latch. It's not that big of an issue to be honest and I'm sure it won't bother most, but I was sick of getting it back. I found the transition from handbag to backpack to be pretty smooth. And I've used this feature a few times when I needed to keep my hands free to keep the crossbody bag from hitting my side/leg. Not a very comfortable backpack for long periods of time, but still a great option! The outer pockets are great! Otherwise the bag is of good quality and very cute in person! I bought dark gray and I liked the color.
