Review on Craftsman Golf Synthetic Headcover Titleist by Jasneet Jazzy

While using these club head covers I noticed that when I put the clubs in my golf bag the zipper would open slightly when it came into contact with another golf club. This caused the hat to fall off the irons. I dropped one of my golf bags while playing golf. Another fell, but I was lucky that he fell to the ground and I picked him up. I couldn't find the cover of the #6 Iron Mace, which fell off due to what appeared to be defective zippers. I emailed the company almost 2 weeks ago expressing my concerns about their product. I also asked if they would consider replacing my #6 iron cap. I am very disappointed to say that they would not even reply to my email. It's very frustrating to see that a company can't even take the time to address your concerns about their product, even after you've spent your hard-earned money on it. They don't seem to want to please their customers. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
