The first thing I bought broke into pieces. I contacted the company and they offered to send me a replacement for free. I offered to return the broken parts of the original but they refused to throw it away because it was broken. Then, over a month later, Revain informed me that I had been charged for a replacement because I had never returned the broken original. I contacted the seller when they said I was specifically told not to ship the original and they acted like they didn't understand the issue I was charged for a replacement which I said I did would ship the parts and then offer to send me a 3rd gua sha tool which i declined because i wouldn't pay for 3 cheaply made defective tools. Wouldn't recommend or buy again.
