I've been working 12 hours a day 5 days a week at my desk with a computer lately. Lately I've had headaches, dry eyes and watery eyes and a feeling of exhaustion as well as trouble sleeping at night. I did a lot of research on computer work of course, things like taking breaks, 20:20:20 technique, not having computers that close, eye drops, all the things I did while still coming home from work exhausted, exhausted. With a headache and trouble sleeping, one thing caught my eye and it was blue light computer glasses so I started research and went to Revain to look for possible glasses to find them, they got them on Tuesday. But I didn't try them out until Friday at work, be aware all week Monday through Thursday had all the symptoms I mentioned but when I put them on Friday I felt much better after work, no headaches , dry eyes and felt nothing . emaciated and emaciated. I will be going to the optometrist soon to have my eyes checked but after a day of use I feel like myself again. If you have the same problems I have, working on the computer all day, try blue light glasses what you lose if it doesn't work, you can always return it but trust me you won't.
