BEAUTIFUL, GREAT WAVES!
I bought this product and another product from another brand (same style) and I prefer this product! I liked that it didn't take long to heat up and it only took me 20 minutes to do the whole head (I have thick shoulder length hair). It turned out very nice waves and such volume! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the knobs are on the handle and I kept turning the temperature up and down when I needed to keep it closed on my hair. So I had to hold it awkwardly closed, which caused my hand to cramp.
