I have used it twice so far so got this one. The first time I used it it was a disaster, the meat got stuck in the grinder. It took a while to grind the meat. This is how I learned how to first cut the meat into small pieces to fit in the meat grinder, and I also learned how to chill (but not freeze) the meat and all parts of the meat grinder in the freezer. Celebration. It was a huge difference. It is much easier.
