The bed was rolled into a ball and wrapped in plastic wrap. When I unfolded the plastic, the bed initially had no clarity. The day after he'd had the night to loosen up and regain his shape, it wasn't that bad. It's still not 100 percent what I expected because the edges aren't well defined. At the same time, I don't sleep in it, my dog sleeps and he really likes it. He used to sleep on the floor instead of his old bed, this bed he definitely prefers to sleep in and my other dog tries to climb in too. I can tell they really like it.
