These apple core molds are not the same quality material as your regular molds but don't worry as the apple core molds are not used with your cutter it doesn't matter. They are durable and last a long time. You draw a design on the fabric and cut out the shapes as if you were using a fabric pattern. To attach the apple seed shapes to the fabric, since you can't pin the figure pattern, I glue a small circle or strip of sandpaper to each shape to help them stick to the fabric and make the pattern easier to draw.
