Durable product. Must keep going. The rating mainly depends on how useful it is for you. I've tried removing peeling paint from fences. I think a shaggy wool hand brush worked just as well, maybe better. But there were a few spots where it worked better. You must have a steady hand to use it as there are a lot of unpredictable jerks as it makes contact with the surface I'm scraping paint off of. I can't think of any way to improve on this product given the way it is and there are many uses for it.
