lamp housing plug arrived defective (separated from lamp housing). It probably didn't break in the box as there was no sign of broken particles. It looks like they used a broken remanufactured mounting case when they rebuilt this unit with a new lamp and the person doing the rebuild didn't realize that the connector had to be attached to the lamp body or it would fit Lamp body in the TV would not be stable. Low quality. My kids were waiting to watch TV so I didn't have time to return the product. I used my old lamp housing and put a new lamp in it. Finally, I paid extra for a lamp with a case, but I was only able to use the lamp.
