I love how easy it was from start till finish! The customer service team were amazing throughout our entire experience of using this app!! They are always willing/able answer any questions we have or need answered immediately as well give us suggestions when needed too. Would definitely recommend them if looking into an all in one solution where they can do everything themselves without needing additional support staff members (ie cleaning services etc). We use their website mainly but also access through mobile devices so there wasn't anything i disliked about either side - just overall great product & people behind running such fantastic businesses. !
