Pay attention to this list. The toner may not be compatible with your printer. HP toners are divided by region (Rest of World or Europe/Middle East/Africa). As of July 2021, this list is poorly compiled on one important technical detail: there is no mention of whether the toner is manufactured for use in printers sold in Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMA) or whether it is made for used in printers sold in the rest of the world (ROW). I bought a cyan toner cartridge (CF401X) through this offer and it is not working in my printer. The error message was "Incompatible cyan cartridge". I called HP, checked everything and concluded that my printer is configured as ROW (Rest of the World) which means it will not work with consumables intended for sale in (EMA). ) Europe/Middle East/Africa. This CYAN toner (at least the one I received) was for sale and use in (EMA) Europe/Middle East/Africa and will only work in printers sold in Europe/Middle East/Africa. My printer was purchased in America, so it's not compatible. That's why there are so many reviews that this toner doesn't work or isn't genuine. The toner is genuine but will not work with regionally restricted printers. The person/company that created the list is unaware of the regional restrictions on HP printers/cartridges and should update the list by letting Revain customers know which region the toner should work in. My solution to the problem was to return the Revain toner. And buy this toner from your local supply store as I no longer trust this list until it is updated. I hope that Revain support or the supplier will take note and update the listing information so as not to confuse customers.
