I bought these gloves for cycling in cold weather. The bottom line is you can't beat the price for what you get with these gloves compared to others that cost 10x more. The fit is just a little small, but not that bad. I ordered XL as well as the glove but overall I'm not a tall person. Love it: they block the wind and keep your toes warm even when riding on a 30 degree morning. Decent water resistance, but no glove is waterproof except maybe these yellow kitchen gloves. Having enough grip and dexterity to ride a bike, shift gears and brake. The thumbs also have a soft material that can be used to wipe the nose. Dislikes: The liner has a seam in one of the gloves that sits right on the pressure point at the base of my thumb. You just don't notice them and holding on to the wheel of a bike quickly becomes uncomfortable. After all, they are so warm and well built that I will get used to them. What would I change if I could? Add more flexibility to the thumb area.
