A few problems with mine Purchase. Firstly, after pulling the cord back about 4 or 5 times, it gets tangled in the hair dryer so now the cord doesn't fully retract. It leaves about 3 or 4 inches as it can't be pulled back anymore. If you read the instructions, it says that if the dryer won't turn on, unplug it, press the reset button, and then plug it back in. Sometimes it still doesn't work. I had to buy a new hair dryer just in case, sometimes it never turns on. No idea why it's having such a problem, but when you're in a hurry in the morning it's a real pain to get it to turn on. He largely has his own opinion. Although the performance of the dryer is good.
