Nothing remarkable about rubber on dry pavement. Even worse when it starts to rain! Particularly on damp pavement, if at all. However, it appears extremely early in ruts and puddles. People on the highway routinely swerve to the left and right to avoid colliding with me. The quicker I go, the more nervous I get. I wouldn't buy a city where rubber was already on the tires before the judgement was even handed out in court.
