Of all the mats we have purchased this is the best exercise mat. It's a slightly thinner layer, drier than cloth. But it lets you breathe better, is comfortable, and stays in place. I run at night and still wear it during my runs. I haven't ridden them more than 10 km (6.2 miles) but they're definitely doing some good. I hang it up in my garage after every night run and in the morning/5 hours later it's always dry no matter the weather. I would definitely recommend and buy more for my half marathons later this year as I need something breathable yet protective.
