Having been in a bind of not getting an order from another company I decided to order this heater as I needed it for my waxing studio ASAP. This heater works great as have all the other professional wax heaters I have used in my shop over the years. It's 7 days a week for 14 hours a day and I haven't had any problems, the temperature remains constant. For those who say the light doesn't turn on, it turns off when the desired temperature is reached, the light turns on and off throughout the day to adjust the temperature as needed. You can test this by turning the knob after turning the light off and you'll see the light turn back on as it adjusts the temperature. I am satisfied with this heating pad and glad I ordered it, it saved me when I was in a difficult situation. I am a business owner and I always leave honest reviews to help other potential buyers.
