Review on 🍨 Cuisinart ICE-100 Silver 1-1/2-Quart Compressor Ice Cream and Gelato Maker by Joseph Whiteman

Ice cream stays cool all the time and the texture is great. However, it's a nightmare to clean after a few batches. You have to break out some screwdrivers and open the machine to clean it completely as some ice cream will get inside and create a bad smell of spoiled milk. I don't really know how to stop the ice from running in, but you'll definitely notice when it happens. A complete cleaning of my car takes half an hour to an hour. I believe that this operation is not necessary as with traditional machines only the bowl and blades need to be cleaned. Expect to open the car fully and clean the gears, engine, etc. I hope there are better cars out there!
