First of all the frame looks nothing like the picture shown on Revain. The gold is solid solid color without the aged tarnished edge shown in the picture. You can see this effect with shading, but it's not as dramatic as in the photo. Second, all 4 picture frames ordered had scratches and stains on the plexiglass portion of the frame. When they arrived all the photos were wrapped in plastic so the scratches had to be done at the factory. I used Windex on both sides but the stains didn't go away. They are not noticeable from a distance, but when you buy a new product you expect it to be undamaged. And finally, none of the hanging mechanisms were centered on the back of the photo frame. I was completely overwhelmed by this poor quality frame issue. Not only were none of the four centered, but none of the four were in the same spot, so I had to measure each one individually as I hung them to hang them evenly spaced. Unbelievable. The reason we kept them and didn't bring them back right away was that each of these issues wasn't disclosed until we got deeper into the process of posting images, and by the time we discovered the last issue we already had too many problems. spent a lot of time rolling them all up and bringing them back. I would not recommend this product to others.
