You can use your regular headphones if you like. But not too regularly because of the pressure that they impose on the ears. The headphones are normal, they link to your phone via bluetooth, and they can play music. As I am not an audiophile, I am unable to comment on the quality of the sound being produced. You can answer calls thanks to the microphone that is provided. This occurs really infrequently, and those with whom I communicate report that they are able to hear me normally even when it does. I don't know if the microphone picks up any background noise, but for that amount of money, I have to presume that it does and that it will. It is quite practical because all of the controls are operational, the songs can be switched, and the volume can be adjusted. Have certain negative aspects or characteristics. They put pressure on my ears, which is totally uncool of them. It doesn't make a difference to me because I only use these headphones for a few hours each month, but if I wore them often, I would get quite frustrated and look for a replacement pair right away. There is no reason to design headphones that exert force on your ears. Even if I don't actually require them to stick to the wire, they don't do so at all. Yet, they could have remained, and I wouldn't have objected to that in the least.
