The support team was very responsive to my questions/concerns via email as well as phone calls. They were able to help me resolve an issue I had in getting our website up & running quickly after we moved it from another provider (which took months). We did not have any issues once they got us setup but if there is one thing that could be improved - maybe more training materials? It's been helpful having them onboard so far though! There isn't anything specific at this time; however their customer success manager helped me understand how everything works when setting something up.
