Review on πŸ¦† Platypus Ultralight Collapsible SoftBottle: Convenient Push-Pull Cap for Easy Hydration by Marci Estrada

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Beautiful water bottle or leather

I love the tree design. Looks like I'll have to wash it often anyway, and the lid will eventually develop too many ridges for my comfort. I still prefer push-pull over Hyper-Flow (lid sold separately) and resealable lid (less convenient to drink by mouth and less control over flow). The curve helps with traction. It rolls up or lays flat, very light weight and easy to carry when empty. There is no negative impact on taste. You can pour more than just water here, I just don't do it. Unless I fill it to capacity and jump up and down on it or commit other major violations for a year, it won't leak. , lol. Even with templates, people still see it sideways and get creative ideas of what it is. If they think it's hospital equipment, if they think an IV bag, I don't mind, but they're thinking something else, I'm not. Other people say that the curvy shape makes them think of a mini man. Needless to say, this is an unexpected conversation. For some reason it's not a human water bottle until I drink from it lol. The caps seem obvious to me, but I guess that's just me. The one with a loop for hanging is more cumbersome, but sometimes I miss that feature. this. They are easier to store than old milk bottles and are better suited for emergency water storage. I swap back and forth when I'm too lazy to wash my current main bottle. However, a gravity cleaner is probably better suited for this purpose. (more water and filters). Honestly, it would be great if they sold them in some sort of packaging, like wine preservative. really offer all the advantages that interest me. The Platypus knockoff might look more commercial but I prefer transparency for clarity etc and they don't share the same quality of materials and construction.
