Review on Tarnel Zester Cheese Chocolate Vegetables by Monica West

This zester is all I need! Some recipes call for lots of zest or fresh nutmeg, and this tool knocks them out when I need them. The blades are sharp and easily cut through nutmeg and get a nice, even grater out of chocolate. Having a longer rub plane is great for citrus, allowing you to really rotate the fruit and get different angles without overwhelming the same area. .This is as good as rinsed out with a few sponge strokes and that's it. The protective cover is a nice touch, and the hook on the tail allows me to hang it with my pots and pans instead of tossing them in a drawer. Perfect!
