I like that they have so many functions you can use in order for your business's success! The support team responds very fast also when we need help or clarification about something specific; it helps us avoid confusion since there are more people who know how things work than just one person working alone at any time.
We're using this service as part of our project management software (Jira) which has saved me tons of hours already by automating certain tasks such as creating tickets/submitting issues etc., but sometimes my colleagues don't understand what exactly am doing because some steps require attention from other members within JIRA itself - not necessarily someone else outside of VDM. This makes them think I'm wasting too much effort instead of helping out whenever needed during meetings / presentations etc.
