Order at your own risk. I ordered this item, I use it in church as an in-ear monitor, I play on the worship team. They fit my ear perfectly, they even sounded better than any other I had. I've been using 3 year old Sony headphones that I paid $20 for. Although I really liked this set, it fit my ear and the sound was really great, but the white wire on either side came loose. I hardly used them for a month. I hope they will improve communication in the future. Finally, I only gave this product one star because the wires separated at the Y junction. If the wires were intact at that point, I could still use them. I would probably give 5 stars for fit/sound. I figured I'd get more than a few uses out of them. UPDATE: After my last check, the extended support team made every effort to contact me, they informed me that the s2000 in-ear monitor was discontinued. They are very sorry about the problem with the product and sent me an upgraded pair which I just received in the mailbox. model2. Haven't tried them in church yet but connected them to my phone to try. I like that the connector is 90 instead of the straight connector like the s2000. The 90 jack works best for my receiver clipped to my bag. They seem to sound good on the radio so I'm sure they will sound good with live music too. Well go ahead. Bravo, support team.
