I'm 5'5 & 185 lbs, 36 D cup size and I ordered a large. The dress fit pretty good. Had to have my fiance' zip me into the dress (seemingly impossible to do on my own). It literally popped open when he lost grip & the zipper slipped down. Had me a bit nervous wearing it to a wedding, but there were no mishaps. Definitely had no room for a bra. Dress is great for flattening & smoothing any imperfections. Overall, beautiful dress & color.
