The only reason I'm not giving this item five stars is because the goat's "beard" is made of cheap fibers that clumped out of my bag. My advice is that the company needs to upgrade the chin to a good quality faux fur or the customer should be very careful when touching this part of the bag. That being said, my other minor issue is that instead of using goat eyes, the eyes just look normal, which isn't a problem unless you're too detail-oriented. It has a lot of space and people comment on it, so that's a fun plus.
