Review on eTEAM by Timothy Cole

I love that it is easy to use for our users as well as us! It's great how you can create your own modules which makes customization quick and simple! We have been able to improve internal processes with this software in less than 2 weeks time period of getting started.

There are some things we would like but nothing majorly negative about using ETEM so far! The only thing i dislike right now is being unable to add more fields or make changes when needed without having to contact support staff. You need someone who knows what they're doing to set up all these features correctly. This product has helped my team streamline workflows while keeping track of documents internally and externally.
