Review on 🔍 Genuine GM Accessories 19202235 Outside Rear View Mirror - Enhanced Visibility and Style Upgrade by Marc Farrell

I was concerned about ordering the correct mirrors for my Chevy as this is a new Silverado body made in the second half of 2007. I printed out a page from Revain and then took it to my dealer who went through all the information and said it matched my truck. I asked my mechanic to install them. Glad I didn't try that, I would have broken most of the parts in the door removing all the latches. Installation took less than an hour. What difference does it make that those towing mirrors look behind me! Such clarity, such a wide field of view! These mirrors deploy manually, but that's not a problem as I only deploy them when towing a trailer. The smaller concave mirror below is also manual but it stays where I set it and works great for seeing what I need to see, blind spots! The main mirror is adjusted using an electric button in the truck. The arrows on the mirrors work great! It's nice to see that my turn signals don't turn off after using them as sometimes they don't turn off like they should. The rear of my Sliverado is high and I often couldn't see the cars behind me with the stock mirrors. which only extend about 12 inches from the truck, the towing mirrors are about 16 inches from the truck, which gives me a wider view than the stock ones and I can see cars behind me better. I can also see better when reversing because the 12-inch height difference helps me see things higher up that I wouldn't see with the shorter, standard 6.5-inch mirrors. Mirrors also help with reverse parking. . I understand that these mirrors reach much farther than standard mirrors, so when I park I check to see if they're in the way of the person in the car next to me, and if so, fold them up. I was at the car wash. installed with these and no problems at all. Mirrors do not vibrate, very durable! My mechanic said the mirrors make the truck look great :-) I am 100% happy with my purchase of these mirrors! Maybe I'll let my husband drive the truck to see how good the new mirrors are ;-)
