They are very easy to add and remove with keys as I was hoping they were very strong which I saw when pulled or pushed. The only thing I noticed in terms of durability and strength is that they are quite flexible at the end point where the buttons are installed. It's not a problem at the moment, but I could easily see it pinching the ring and deforming it to an unusable point. However, titanium is like that and can be set just as easily with a little heat.
