Immediately the manufacturer made holes in the product.

The manufacturer immediately put HOLES in the product by passing heavy duty staples for the label. As it is not a fabric but some kind of plastic material it NEVER had to be sewn together. However, this is the right design for yard/garden activities. The manufacturer should have made the collar easier to work with - the owner wants the bib high on the chest for protection, which means turning the collar into a choker. Let's see how things develop. If it survives the use it was designed for, I can live with the rest. I'll post more after some wear and tear.
